Special online service allows models quickly create their personal pages, serving as online portfolios and giving a unique opportunity to models to advertise themselves and to receive business offers from modelling agencies from all over the world.

    The site Topmodel.info as a whole represents a gallery of photo models. It doesn't matter who you are - just a beginner taking your first steps in modelling business or only dreaming about the career of a model, or already a professional model with a perfect portfolio dreaming to get an excellent job - it's the site for you!

    Do you want to be famous and to work with modelling agencies from all over the world, to participate in photo-shootings, to see your photos on covers of magazines, to conclude favorable business contracts? We are here to help you with that!

    Our site is created specially for models. In addition it carries out the functions of an online shop of photos of models where each model can earn from 25 % up to 75 % from the sale of their photos. At registration each model receives a personal account and can independently dispose of the money transferred there after each sale of a photo. All money is transferred to the account and kept in euro.

    The site Topmodel.info is a kind of a photomodels gallery. Both female and male models are represented here. Each model has a personal page with photos and personal information, such as height, weight, proportions, hair color, etc. Photos can be viewed in enlarged format. Each photo of a model if it's for sale is represented in the table with basic image parameters necessary for users, interested in purchasing of photos for printing purposes or for online publication. In the agreement signed by a buyer of a photo the areas of use of any Topmodel.info model's image are precisely determined and restrictions are imposed not allowing to use the photo in a discreditable way.     A model can add new photos to her/his portfolio online at any moment.

    To receive a personal page at online topmodel.info gallery you must pass the obligatory process of registration and authorization of a new model.

    The given step-by-step manual will help you to understand the principles of how our site works with models and will facilitate the creation of your personal portfolio.



    Registration of a new model
    Step 1
    Registration of a new model consists of filling out the questionnaire.


    Fill in all fields of the questionnaire, while filling check up whether the e-mail address you enter is written correctly, as at the end of your registration the message with your login and password will come to this address. Pay attention that the fields marked with an asterisk are obligatory. If in the questionnaire there are mistakes or discrepancies, you will see the message explaining what mistake has taken place or what else field remained blank.

    While filling out the registration form you need to choose the type of a contract to sign with Topmodel (International) GmbH on which the interest received by you from the sale of your photos and the price for exclusive shooting will depend.

    1. Non-exclusive assignment of copyrights on uploaded images
    2. Exclusive assignment of copyrights on uploaded images - 10 %
    3. The exclusive contract on assignment of all transferable copyrights without exception arising during validity of the contract for 1, 3 or 5 years, and non-exclusive transfer of copyrights on uploaded images - 15 %, 20 %, 25 % (for the period of 1,3,5 years accordingly).

    Read the contract attentively, print it and send by regular mail to the following address:

    After clicking on button "Next" you pass to the third step: upload of your photos online.


    Step 3
    For the subsequent activation of your profile and creation of your online portfolio you have to upload your 4 photos. They must be professionally made photos, with the size about 800px ? 600px and more in .tiff or .jpg format and of 100% quality. You can upload photos of a smaller size and of other formats as well but then the price for these photos will be less and your income from sales will decrease. Also by online uploading of big format photos you should take into account the speed of your Internet-connection. By low-speed connection you should avoid loading of very big photos (more than 15?b). In this case you should address us directly contact@topmodel.info.

    So, step-by-step you upload your 4 photos. If everything has passed successfully, the next message will appear on the screen: "Congratulations! You have finished uploading of the necessary number of photos. Within 2 weeks you will be notified by e-mail about your profile activation."


    and then 2 letters will come to the e-mail box indicated in your registration form:

    The first - with a login and a password to topmodel.info,
    The second - with a login and a password to your FW account where you can check your account and trace finances, coming from sales of your photos.
    You need not answer these letters.

    If for any reasons you were not able to upload your 4 photos at once - for instance the Internet - connection and uploading process was interrupted during the upload of the next photo, you will receive letters on registration in any case and can go to the site (preliminary authorized) and continue the upload of your photos within 4 weeks after registration. If you do not do it and do not finish the upload of your 4 photos within 4 weeks your profile will be removed.

    After you have uploaded your 4 photos and have received letters on registration at topmodel.info and frontwallet.com, the next stage of creation of a portfolio is approval of your photos and questionnaire by the administrator of the site.
    In most cases approval is given within 24 hours, but normally the approval period is considered to last about 3 days, depending on the load of the administrator and amount of visitors at the site.

    On your being added to our model gallery process of creation of your portfolio comes to the end. You receive the notice that you are added to the catalogue.


    If the administrator has not approved your photo, he can send you an email commenting why it has been refused or what you have done wrong. Basically refusals are the result of loading too small photos of bad quality (for example you shouldn't upload a photo with the size 100 px ? 200px and moreover in a .gif format - such photo will not be approved).

    Since you received the administrator's approval to your being added to the catalogue, you can authorize yourself at the site, that is enter your login and password and to add an unlimited amount of photos to your online portfolio.

    Any your actions within the catalogue, for example such as viewing of other models' photos, uploading of new photos and so forth are possible only after authorization as a user.


    Adding of new photos
    To add a new photo you have to be registered at topmodel.info as a model. After authorization you should go to section For models / to add a photo.

    There are several ways of adding a photo at the site: online uploading (free-of-charge), sending it by email ($0,5 at the rate for placing of 1 photo), sending by regular mail ($ 1 at the rate for scanning and placing).

    Online uploading.
    Choose a photo on your computer. If it's necessary crop it preliminary so that there were less background on it. It is desirable that the relation of height to width was about 4 : 3 or 3 : 4 (for a vertical and horizontal photo accordingly). That way your photos will look better at our site. Otherwise the administrator of the site has the right to crop models' photos himself if the photos look bad without framing. The ideal size of a photo to upload is 2000 px ? 1500px (2400?1800) in TIFF or JPG format of 100 % quality. Please look at our guide on how to make photos. Below you can get acquainted with the possible sizes of uploaded photos.


    So, you have cropped a photo preliminary and have saved it on your computer.


    Locate the photo preliminary by clicking on "Browse...", then select the hair and eyes color on this photo and click "Upload". When the uploading has been successful, the message will appear on the screen: "New photo has been uploaded successfully. As soon as administrator approves it the photo will appear on the site.".


    After some time, usually within 24 hours the administrator will approve and add your photo to the site.

    You can add an unlimited amount of photos to the site. The more photos you will add and the better quality they will be, the more popularity they will gain - the higher interest from the sale of your photos you will receive to your account, and also the greater probability will be that large modelling agencies will notice you and get interested in you and offer you a favorable contract or an exclusive shooting.

    Remember! You should dispose of all copyrights on photos uploaded by you!


    Viewing the condition of your account and withdrawal of money from the account
    After finishing of your registration as a model and activation of your profile you receive a message - notice about your registration at the payment system site Frontwallet.com where an account is opened for you to receive all the money from the sale of your photos.

    To view the condition of your FW account you can go to the site www.frontwallet.com through www.topmodel.info, and preliminary authorized there, proceed through the link FW balance in the left menu. In a new pop-up window a form for authorization at the site www.frontwallet.com will appear.

    Enter your login and the password indicated in the e-mail " FW registration " that you received after your registration at topmodel.info. After authorization at www.frontwallet.com you get to the page

    , where you can see your balance in euro.

    If the balance is > 0, it means that purchases of your photos have been accomplished. As soon as your balance exceeds 50 Euro you can withdraw the money from your FW account by transferring it to other bank account. For this purpose you need to click "Redeem" in the left menu and to specify the account number and the bank where you want to transfer the money to.



    Exclusive shooting
    In case a modelling agency gets interested in you and wants to order an exclusive shooting with you, the administrator of topmodel.info will contact you via e-mail indicated in your profile or by phone.

    Payment to models for exclusive shooting depends on the status of the model at the site and from the interest rate she/he gets from sale of the photos. The interest rate depends on the amount and quality of uploaded photos, from the amount of sales during one year and the popularity of the model at the site.

    Generally payment for exclusive shooting makes from $ 200 up to $ 3000 for one day of shootings.

    Authorized Topmodel.info models receive additional 5 % from the sale of photos. To authorize yourself you must upload your passport data (the page with photo, name and number of the passport) while registration or at any time under the link " Update Info ". At the page " Update Info " tick " Change copyrights " - the page will be overloaded and the field for uploading the passport data will appear.
