How to pay my orders at Topmodel?

Easy steps to understand the purchasing process at Topmodel:

1. Registration.

1.1 Register at Topmodel either as a model or as a user here www.topmodel.info/P.aspx/register (both types of registration allow a user to fulfill payments)


1.2 While registering you will be asked: "Do you already have a FrontWallet account?"


If you do not have a frontwallet account - answer "No, I haven't any FW account and I want to create a new one.

If you have a frontwallet account and use it (in case you have already been registered with www.frontwallet.com or www.load.cd you should have a FW account and can use it at Topmodel). If so, you may enter your FW account ID and choose the answer "Yes, I have already a FW account and I want to use it."

1.3. In case you have chosen option to create a new FW account during registration, on completing the registration process you will get two e-mails - one with your login and password at TopModel and other - with your login and password to your FW account. Remember your FW password and login , using them you can login to www.frontwallet.com payment portal and pay your orders later.
In case you have already had a FW account you should use your login and password sent to you during creating your FW account before.



2. Adding to basket.

2.1 Add an item to your basket using "add to shopping cart" button.

2.2 Go to your basket.

2.3. Click "purchase" button and your order will be sent to FW payment system where you can confirm and pay it.

2.4. The new window will appear. If you want to confirm the order at the same moment you should login to your FW account using the button "login". You may do it later and login to your FW account at any moment at www.frontwallet.com. Your order will be waiting for your confirmation there.


3.Buying.

3.1 Login to your FW account using login and password that have been sent to your e-mail earlier.


3.2 You will see "Your account" page with sent but not confirmed orders. To decline the order click the button "delete" below the order. To accept and pay the order click the button "Purchase".


3.3 If you have insufficient sum at your FW account you should first fill the account using your credit card. Read more about how to fill the account here www.frontwallet.com/web/amount.aspx

3.4 On completing the payment you will receive two letters:

- the first - from payment@frontwallet.com about accepting your payment at www.frontwallet.com
- the second - from admin@topmodel.info with link to download the bought items
